Evan demonstrates responsibility daily. He always puts forth his best effort, participates often in class, and is a great role model for other students. He consistently follows school expectations independently and is an outstanding student! Great job, Evan! |
| Adalee is responsible in class each day. She listens attentively, actively turns her eyes toward the speaker, effortlessly repeats directions for others, and easily guides her group towards completion of tasks. |
| Audrey is always ready for school! She always takes her time on her assignments. Audrey always completes her homework and is an active participant in class discussions! |

Jude is an extremely responsible student. He participates in class frequently and completes his work with outstanding care. He asks questions to make sure he is meeting expectations and to improve his understanding of what we are learning. Jude always follows the rules and sets a good example for his classmates. He is also always willing to lend a kind hand when a peer needs help. Jude helps make our classroom a great place to learn. Keep up the great work, Jude! |

Kilian is responsible and organized. He completes all of his assignments and homework. He is always super happy and has a great attitude. I am so proud of Kilian! |

Levi shows responsibility in a variety of ways throughout the day. He is prepared, stays on task, turns in homework on time and completes enrichment reading activities to further grow in his learning. He is a model peer and works hard every day. Way to go, Levi!

Liam demonstrates responsibility daily in the classroom. He completes activities, tests, and homework in a timely manner. I can always count on Liam to say “Yay!” in a crowd full of “No!” when math homework is assigned. Liam is very well organized with materials and is always ready to learn. He is hands on in the classroom and consistently contributes to class discussions. Keep up the great work, Liam :) |
| Logan is a great example of responsibility. Logan completes and turns in his homework and schoolwork. When things are challenging, he is the first to ask for help and wants to work hard to succeed. He is always looking to help others in and out of the classroom. Great job Logan!

Luke is a very responsible student. He independently follows school rules and routines, completes his schoolwork and homework, follows directions, and fully participates in class. He is also quick to see how he can be helpful to his teachers and classmates. Luke is a positive role model in our class! |

Matthew is very responsible in all he does. He takes his time and tries his best in both academics and socially. He makes sure he cleans up all his supplies, toys, and keeps his area clean. Matthew is also a great role model for his peers and will gently remind them to follow directions and listen to the school rules. Great job! |

Niko shows an outstanding sense of responsibility in everything he does.He completes his homework on time, studies carefully for tests, and always puts forth his best effort, even when assignments are challenging. When working in groups, Niko listens respectfully to his classmates, stays focused on the task, and encourages others to do their part. He also takes responsibility for his actions, admitting mistakes and working to correct them without making excuses. |

Reagan shows responsibility each and every day in the classroom! She works hard, is always ready to learn, helps others stay on task, and loves to take on new jobs. Greetings Shaull Families,
We had 31 students register for our annual Science Fair! We hope to see you tonight between 6-7 PM to see the amazing projects completed by our students! The Science Fair is a gallery walk style event which occurs in the Shaull Gymnasium. Based on the scoring of our volunteer judges, we will award the top three students during the last portion of the evening, likely around 6:50 PM.
Thank you Shaull families, students, and staff for your generous donations towards our 2026 Mini THON goal of $7500! We beat this goal as of Wednesday and are celebrating by having a Crazy Hair Day today, shaving my head on our Shark TV afternoon announcements, and allowing students to sit with friends from other classes during lunch today!
Today is the last day to order a Shaull Yearbook to have a guarantee your student will receive one. Orders are submitted to Jostens after today. We will have a very small number of extras available on a first come, first served basis in May. Check out updates below on discounted Hersheypark tickets from our PTO and upcoming events including our Annual Skating Night at Olympic, Our Multicultural Night, Book Fair, and Art Show evening, and Field Day! Lastly, students will be coming home with their devices today in grades 1-5. Should there be a need for a Flexible Instruction Day (FID), students will have a classroom meeting on Zoom or Teams, and assignments posted on seesaw to complete. 3/25 Spring Picture Day with Colleen & Company |
It is that time again...Spring Pictures! This school year has flown by! We will be returning to our previous format for Spring pictures from years past, similar to the fall picture packages of pre ordering. Only students that have pre ordered online or have picture packets the day of photos will have their picture taken. There will be NO pre registration or $15 deposit this year. Online ordering will be turned off at midnight before picture day. Parents are more that welcome to call the studio the morning of pictures to order if they missed out on the pre order from the night before.

| Our PTO works diligently to plan and host wonderful experiences for our students and families.
In order for our PTO to be successful for current and future generations of Shaull students and teachers, we need participation by our parents. Please reach out to me or the PTO at shpto@cvschools.org, or rtysarczyk@cvschools.org for information on how to attend a Zoom PTO meeting or how to get involved in our events. Our PTO meetings are the second Wednesday of each month and generally are 30-45 minutes in length.

Fly Like an Eagle!
Cumberland Valley School District's Portrait of an Eagle is our vision for all students upon graduation. Through the immersive Kindergarten through twelfth grade experience here at CVSD, our students will be able to demonstrate these seven competencies for success in adult life. We will reward students each month with the CVSD Portrait of an Eagle Award Certificate. Be on the look out should your student come home with an award!
Additionally, students will be awarded the "High Fly"er" tickets on an ongoing basis to be entered in for regular prize drawings. Students may earn lunch with the principal, a game in the lobby "Sharkade," or prizes from the Principal Prize Bin. |
